PDP P5-WC 152 x 450mm 1-1/4" UNC Wet Diamond Cores are available for next day delivery from Brighton Tools

Premium wet diamond cores designed for drilling into concrete & reinforced concrete using suitable diamond drilling machines that run at appropriate speeds.
The machine speed is mainly dependant on the core size and strength of the concrete.
Ideally a drilling rig stand is recommended as this can be fixed down to ensure there is no movement in the set-up.
However, for smaller diameters it is possible to use a hand-held diamond drilling machine.
A constant flow of water of up to 4 litres per minute is advisable on most reinforced concrete applications, so direct mains water feed is recommended.
The P5-WC wet cores can also be used to drill hard natural stones.

Usage Advice:

A good and consistent water flow is key when using wet diamond cores. It also aids the removal of the material from the core, once the hole is completed.
When drilling, maintain a steady pressure, allowing the bit to do the work. Excessive pressure will reduce drilling speed and potentially overload the machine.
